Welcome back to Sotto! We've missed you so much, and can't wait to serve you again. We wanted to reassure you that we are only opening after critically assessing every aspect of our dining experience. Here's what we're doing:

Dine-in FAQs

Are you accepting walk-ins?

No, we are only accepting reservations at this time. We strongly felt that this was the best way to ensure the absolute safest experience for everyone.

Can I make 2 reservations for 10 guests (20 total)?

Unfortunately, party sizes are limited to 10 people or less.

Will you have valet?

Yes. Star Parking is providing valet with enhanced sanitation practices to ensure safety.

Do guests have to wear a mask?

Sotto asks that masks are worn when entering / exiting the restaurant, for any occasion that you are away from your table, and during lengthy interactions with staff. While we sympathize for those with mask exemptions, we cannot allow exceptions to mask requirements as the health and safety of our staff and other guests remains our utmost priority.

What are some extra steps Sotto is taking to ensure the health of guests & staff?

Additional staff has been added specifically dedicated to frequently sanitize. We will continue timed hourly hand-washing, wearing masks, and pre-shift health assessments that include taking the temperature of staff.  

How does this affect the service I expect from Sotto?

The impeccable standards you expect from Sotto will never change, but we have updated our steps of service to limit the number of visits to your table. We have also changed the layout of our restaurant to allow for proper distancing between tables.

Are you taking guest temperatures?

We are not. We are recommending the guests do this before they leave their house and reschedule their visit if they show any COVID-19 symptoms.

Do employees have to wear a mask?

Employees will wear masks at all times unless masks are not recommended due to the job being performed. When working over a grill, for example, masks are prohibited.

Will the staff be wearing gloves?

Staff will be wearing gloves when required by the health department and CDC guidelines. This will not typically include servers wearing gloves when serving tables. However, gloves will be used when handling all prepared food. Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer have been found more effective than typical practices with wearing gloves.

What if a staff member gets Covid-19?

We will follow proper protocol and inform the local health department. The staff member will not return until she/he meets the criteria provided by the CDC to allow return to the workplace.

Can I still get the doughnuts?

Of course, we all need them now more than ever.
